Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide first and second line support for workstations, mobility devices, and office infrastructure in a large enterprise environment. You will handle incidents, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Fluent English and Dutch are required; French is a plus. You will work onsite in the Brussels area, maintaining Windows/Office 365/Teams, and Apple device support while contributing to dashboards and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience.
• Strong service orientation, listening and analytical skills, teamwork.
• Motivation to learn and improve; organized, pragmatic and hands-on.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist client with first and second level support on workstations and mobility devices.
• Assist with infrastructures (installations, replacement, change, relocation).
• Provide support for computer systems in hardware/software incidents.
• Support mobile devices (iPad, iPhone) in software incidents.
• Inventory support (monitors, printers, scanners, docking stations) and local network printers.
• Receive materials, inventory, prepare installations, install and feedback to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
