Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site end-user IT support across Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. You will manage desk-side troubleshooting, device onboarding and AV systems, ensuring high-quality resolutions and seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience in field engineering or end-user support
• Strong understanding of workplace IT environments, hardware, software and user support processes
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house and walk-in support, delivering immediate, high-quality issue resolution
• Perform desk-side troubleshooting for hardware, software and workplace incidents requiring physical presence
• Execute install, onboarding and move activities, ensuring devices and workplaces are set up smoothly and efficiently
• Support meeting rooms and AV systems, proactively ensuring readiness for critical meetings
• Manage device lifecycle and workplace setups, including new joiners, movers and replacements
• Coordinate asset and peripheral logistics, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver onsite support for remote offices (Ghent and Antwerp), ensuring consistent service levels
• Contribute to projects, rollouts and workplace transformations, bringing a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Act as a key link between end users and central IT teams, translating needs into effective solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience, driving continuous enhancement
