FTI Consulting is a leading global expert firm helping organizations in crisis and transformation. The ITG team provides end-user and systems support to staff and clients, ensuring secure, reliable technology across the desk and in meeting rooms.

The role covers first/second-line support, asset management, device provisioning, and collaboration tech, with travel to regional offices and occasional Amsterdam visits. Strong English and French or Dutch language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Should have technical certification credentials like Network+ or Security+, or equivalent
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Relevant years of experience in a mid to large enterprise company
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), planning, organization, and administrative skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Work experience with Windows Servers, AD, Group Policy, O365 and Windows 10 operating systems
• Experience providing on-call support via voice and remote access tools
• Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Desktop and laptop hardware, Office productivity tools and collaboration platforms
• Working knowledge of: Endpoint security and antivirus tools
• Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Identity and access concepts (accounts, groups, MFA)

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-line end user support, onsite and remotely, resolving incidents and requests
• Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow with defined SLAs
• Configure, deploy, and support end user devices (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities including provisioning and asset handover
• Assist with desk setups, office moves, and day-to-day floor support
• Support meeting room and collaboration tech including AV and live meetings
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and assist with device management
• Work with internal IT teams to resolve issues following documented processes
• Escalate to senior engineers when necessary and ensure proper troubleshooting
