Job summary

Liferiver Bio-Tech Corp. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Europe to lead market access, distributor networks, and strategic partnerships across Western and Northern Europe.

Based in Europe, you will travel regularly to partner sites and customers to drive adoption of molecular diagnostics solutions. You will formulate market access strategies, identify distributors, build relationships with hospitals and labs, and coordinate regulatory activities to support CE registration

Qualifications

• 5 years in in vitro diagnostics or medical devices in Europe.
• Experience in market access, channel development and distributor management.
• Knowledge of EU medical regulatory framework and hospital procurement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement market access strategies for European markets.
• Identify, evaluate and develop distributors, channel partners and key clients.
• Establish relationships with hospitals, labs, and procurement stakeholders.
• Assist regulatory compliance and local market access affairs (EU CE, registrations).
• Analyze competitor dynamics and market intelligence in Europe.
• Promote pilot projects, product evaluations and customer development.
• Manage distributor performance, sales funnel, forecasting and negotiations.
• Represent the company at European industry events and supplier meetings.
• Submit market insight and operation reports to headquarters.
