Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRO/pharma/biotech sectors, with proven BD impact.
• 8+ years in BD Associate/Director roles within CRO environments.
• Strong understanding of PH I–IV clinical processes and drug development.
• Deep knowledge of the European biotech landscape and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and account management across enterprise biotech clients.
• Build and manage C‑Suite level relationships; gather intelligence and craft account strategy.
• Engage internal SMEs to upsell and cross-sell across IQVIA’s clinical solution portfolio.
• Close large, strategic deals and lead business development across Europe.
