IQVIA is seeking a Director/Sr Director, Business Development for its Biotech division to lead sales and account management across Europe. The role requires a proven track record in clinical sales and the ability to engage C‑Suite level executives with tailored, end-to-end solutions across the IQVIA clinical portfolio.

The ideal candidate will develop long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives to expand client portfolios and revenue across Phase

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRO/pharma/biotech experience.
• At least 8 years’ experience as a BD Associate/Director in a CRO environment.
• Understanding of the clinical process (PH I – IV).
• Solid understanding of the biotech segment, including commercialisation and the principles of drug discovery and development.
• A detailed understanding of the biotech market in Europe.
• The individual can be based anywhere in Europe.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and account management activities within the biotech sector in Europe.
• Sell across the enterprise, including customised Phase I through IV global services.
• Manage relationships at all levels within the biotech organisational structure, including C‑Suite and senior executives.
• Develop a robust, systematic account strategy and drive superior execution to identify, drive and expand the business across the entire IQVIA clinical solution portfolio.
