Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development in Clinical Solutions, responsible for accelerating growth across EMEA. This fully remote role requires developing strategic growth plans and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Life Sciences, extensive business development experience, and a track record of engaging executive decision-makers. A minimum of 50% travel is expected within EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience in molecular biology reagents or capital equipment.
• Strong skills to convert customer insights into business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop a 3–5 year strategic commercial growth plan for the EMEA business.
• Position IDT as a primary provider for NGS Clinical Solutions workflows.
• Act as a commercial leader driving cross-portfolio engagement.
