TRIUM Clinical Consulting NV is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Companion Diagnostics & Precision Medicine. Hybrid role based in Europe with 25–35% travel, selling full launch programmes to pharma sponsors and IVD platform companies.

You will lead multiservice programmes, coordinate across regulatory, clinical and lab services, and shape CDx go-to-market strategy. Fluency in IVDR/FDA matters and a strong professional network are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined commercial and technical experience in diagnostics, IVD or precision medicine.
• Genuine companion diagnostics fluency; knowledge of assay co-development timelines and regulatory pathways.
• Track record in solution or programme selling with multi-service, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Active network in pharma/biotech precision medicine teams, IVD manufacturers, or both.
• Working knowledge of EU/US frameworks: IVDR/MDR and FDA paths; APAC awareness is a plus.
• Master's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
• Based in the EU or UK with right to work and able to travel 25–35%.
• Fluent English; other European languages welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Sell solutions, not scopes, and design multi-service programmes across QbD services.
• Lead co-development discussions with pharma/biotech and IVD/NGS platform companies.
• Discuss IVDR classification, conformity routes, EMA/competent authority processes, and FDA co-review.
• Cover a global client base from Europe and travel where it matters.
• Translate regulatory changes into pipeline opportunities for clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts, and defined pipeline stages.
• Help build the CDx practice by feeding market insights and coaching peers.
• Be visible at key CDx events and collaborate with Antwerp HQ teams.
