Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents for on-site roles in Greece (Athens/Thessaloniki). You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide professional support, and escalate complex issues when needed.

The role requires Dutch at C1 and English at B2–C1, with a relocation package offered. Working Monday–Friday with possible weekend shifts; visa/work rights in Greece required; salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,500 gross monthly plus bonuses and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems.
