Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. On-site work with a 14-month salary structure and relocation package. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional support and troubleshooting a range of issues while using CRM systems.

Strong Dutch (C1) and English (B2–C1) skills are required. Relocation support covers hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight, and real estate agency

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
