WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional support and troubleshooting issues across products and services.

The role requires Dutch at C1 level and English at B2–C1, with a 14-month salary payroll and relocation package including hotel, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate fees.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality targets.
