Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site work model with relocation support is offered. The role includes handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing technical and after-sales assistance.

Salary ranges €1,300–€1,500 gross monthly with a 14-month payout and project-based bonuses. Applicants must have legal right to work in Greece; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
