WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or claims support for business customers. Working location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece.

Language: Dutch C1/C2, English B2–C1 depending on project. Salary: €1,300 gross/month (14 months) plus bonus and full relocation package.

Qualifikationen

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
