WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, professional support and troubleshooting across products and services.

This on-site role in Greece offers €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus bonuses and a full relocation package including hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate assistance.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
