Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. You may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or claims support depending on the project.

Working on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat; use CRM systems; and ensure quality service. The role requires Dutch at C1 and English at B2–C1, with relocation support and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
