WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer SupportAgents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. This on-site role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or claims support across different projects.

Working Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, you will earn €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, plus project bonuses and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight).

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and multiple digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
