Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate support, and troubleshoot issues across product and services.

Working on-site with a 1,300–1,500 EUR gross monthly salary (14-months) plus project-based bonuses and a full relocation package including hotel accommodation, airport pickup, and flight ticket. Candidates must have right to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
