Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. You will provide customer service, after-sales support, or technical assistance on-site in Greece, with a 14-month salary structure and relocation package.

Requirements include Dutch at C1 level and English at B2–C1, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €1,300–€1,500 plus bonuses and comprehensive relocation support.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
