Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. On-site work with a monthly gross salary of €1,300 (paid over 14 months) plus project-based bonuses and a full relocation package.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate, professional support; troubleshoot issues; assist with deliveries, repairs, refunds, and claims; and document interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
