Job summary

WW Talents seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site position with relocation package and 14-month salary payment.

The role covers customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across multiple projects. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining CRM case data.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage interactions and case data using CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
