Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager for BeLux. This field-based role requires building and running a complex partner-driven business, with extensive relationships in Belgium and Luxembourg, and a strong IT infrastructure focus.

You will work with reseller partners, SI and MSPs, distributors, and cloud providers to grow revenue. Strong Dutch and English skills are essential, with a history of executive-level relationship building and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in channel and direct selling of IT infrastructure to medium/large enterprises.
• Successful history with Enterprise VARs in the territory.
• Strong executive presence and polish.
• Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with teams and leadership.
• Experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing diverse cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones.
• Establish and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue against quota.
• Collaborate with sales to generate pipeline and develop accounts.
• Manage and be the main contact for partners; negotiate contracts.
• Communicate product/service offerings to partners; support marketing programs.
• Develop long-term strategic engagements with named partners; align goals with strategy.
