What’s on offer?

Terreco Resources is looking for a reliable and proactive Site Support Officer to join our Burleigh Heads team in a casual capacity up to 30 hours per week. You’ll be the go-to support across a range of administrative and operational tasks, keeping the site running smoothly and assisting the team where it counts most.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who’s organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling priorities. You’ll be working closely with site staff, contractors, and management to support everything from daily admin to customer service and weighbridge operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Provide general admin support including data entry, filing, and reporting
• Support weighbridge operations
• Manage site communications, bookings, purchase orders, and inventory
• Maintain accurate machine hour logs and daily site reporting
• Assist with onboarding of new staff and contractors
• Act as first point of contact for visitors and phone/email enquiries
• Assist with HSEQ documentation and support across compliance tasks
• Help ensure a tidy, organised office environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proactive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Prior admin experience, ideally in a construction, waste, or industrial setting
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using management systems
• Experience with weighbridge operations or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
