About the Company

Our client is a growing fintech SaaS platform that helps financial advisers deliver value-based advice. The product enables clients to actively engage with their financial goals, track progress, and make informed decisions about their money.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Scrum Master to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a busy and exciting delivery environment.

This role sits at the centre of several major initiatives, including:

• Launching a new public API for enterprise partners
• Re-platforming a mature product that has grown organically over several years
• Splitting a legacy application into two separate new applications
• Supporting future AI and data‑led initiatives

You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to keep delivery moving smoothly while helping shape how the next generation of the platform comes together.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery across multiple workstreams
• Translate business and product requirements into well‑defined Jira tickets and backlogs
• Ensure engineering teams have clear, validated requirements and priorities
• Manage delivery across:
  • New Applications
  • New Public Website
  • Existing platform (maintenance only during transition)
• Partner closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and customer‑success teams
• Support full SDLC delivery including journey mapping, planning, execution, and release
• Act as a key business‑facing contact, aligning expectations and outcomes
• Contribute ideas and input into platform direction and delivery practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Scrum Master in a fintech or financial services environment
• Fintech or financial services experience
• Comfortable working with React, Python, AWS, and Microservices‑based architecture
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
• Confident operating in a fast‑moving, evolving product environment
