  • Salary from $97,401 – $105,099 (depending upon experience) + 15.4% super

The Digital team

The Digital team drives excellence in regulatory operations by supporting business systems and processes. It delivers user‑centred design and manages ASIC's core platforms – including the CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data/document repositories – as well as key external digital channels like the corporate website.

The role

As a Business Readiness Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business systems and processes that drive excellence in regulatory operations. You will develop and deliver business engagement, change management, and business readiness artefacts and plans.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business engagement, change management, and readiness to ensure successful organisational transitions and behavioural change
  • Lead change activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change planning, communications, training, readiness assessments, and user adoption monitoring for sustained outcomes
  • Engage and support stakeholders to foster buy‑in and readiness, coordinating engagement and consultation networks (e.g. CRM Champions, One ASIC Consultation Group)
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business, project and BAU teams, incorporating feedback into change approaches and interventions
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning resources and targeted communications to drive adoption and address resistance
  • Assess organisational change readiness and mitigate any change‑related risks
  • Define success metrics, monitor change adoption and ensure intended outcomes are achieved
  • Contribute expertise and share knowledge to strengthen the change management practice and foster innovation and learning
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, or a related field, and/or certification in Change Management
  • Demonstrated depth of experience in end‑to‑end change management, applying structured methodologies to deliver successful outcomes across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Solid experience planning and executing business transition, change and support activities for projects and business‑as‑usual initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and effective communications to stakeholders, and to design, develop, and deliver engaging end‑user training programmes and learning materials
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders effectively at all levels, maintain effective working relationships and influence outcomes
