About the role

As an Assistant in Nursing in this casual role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality healthcare and support to our aged care residents.   • Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance

  • Providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • A relevant Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing or similar role in an aged care setting
  • Recent paid experience in Australia within the aged care sector within 6 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families
