Your role

Mon‑Fri, 5am to 1pm shift. Base rate of $33.7266 per hour plus 14.25% super. Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA – details available on the Australian union site.

What are you going to do?
  • Organise and allocate vehicle loads for outbound transport.
  • Transport vehicles off the wharf to the compound.
  • Scan cars into location.
  • Survey cars for scratches and damage.
  • Prepare vehicles for compliance plate installation ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met.
What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in logistics operations.

Qualifications

A national Maritime Security Identification Card (or willingness to obtain one upon employment).

  • Current P2 or full driver’s licence.
  • Confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Good physical mobility and ability to work in a yard-based environment.
  • Basic familiarity with smart devices and hand tools.
  • Reliable and team‑oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (this is not an enclosed warehouse environment).

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
