About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Team Administrator to support our directors, help manage daily operations, and play a key role in our collaborative team. Ideal for a highly organised administrator or recent graduate who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, supporting senior leaders, and helping teams run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Executive Support – 60%
    • Managing directors' calendars, travel, and inboxes
    • Coordinating a range of regular and one-off tasks for directors
    • Preparing professional correspondence
    • Providing administrative support for the annual Paragraph Fellowship Awards
  • Office & Team Support – 30%
    • Managing reception, welcoming guests, and setting up meeting rooms
    • Organising events, interviews, and fieldwork logistics
    • Updating our CRM, maintaining the website, and formatting documents
    • Supporting onboarding for new team members
    • Liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
    • Ensuring smooth daily running of our office and systems
What We're Looking For
  • Early‑career administrator or recent graduate with 1‑3 years’ experience in an admin or office role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • A calm, proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Office 365, CRM tools, or scheduling platforms
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus, but not essential
