We are seeking a Software Engineer to build our next generation of AI products. This hands‑on position requires expertise in JavaScript and / or Python and Agentic AI to create sophisticated, scalable applications. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, assisting with technical strategy to drive direct customer impact.

What you’ll be doing?

• Help design and evolve the technical structure of our AI systems, documenting the architecture and ensuring your components are high quality.
• Write clean, high‑quality JavaScript code to develop and launch core product features.
• Directly apply Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines using tools like vector databases to build intelligent customer experiences.
• Assist in testing and recommending new AI technologies (frameworks, services) to solve specific business problems.
• Own complex technical projects from concept to launch, effectively managing technical risks and working closely with the business to solve problems.
• Help set and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and CI / CD practices within the AI product team.
• Clearly communicate complex technical strategies and project status to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.

What do you bring?

• You have relevant experience as a software engineer with a proven track record in a modern tech environment.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in JavaScript (and optionally Python) for building scalable web applications using modern frameworks like Node.js, React, or Vue.
• Proven experience building and shipping features powered by Generative AI (LLMs, RAG pipelines).
• Practical knowledge of different AI services (like OpenAI, Vertex AI) and frameworks (LangChain).
• A solid understanding of system design and architecture, enabling you to contribute effectively to technical decisions.
• A proactive and collaborative team member who drives tasks to completion and comfortably raises potential issues or suggests alternative approaches.
