A leading coastal destination resort is seeking experienced Food and Beverage Team Leaders to oversee the Conference and Events operations. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, and a proven guest service track record. We’re currently seeking Food and Beverage Team Leaders to support management in the day-to-day running of our Conference and Events operations. This hands-on role will see you assist with team coordination, service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
We’re seeking motivated Food and Beverage Team Leaders to support our busy Conference & Events operations. This is a fixed-term contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are ready to lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
Working closely with F&B Supervisors and the broader events team, you’ll help coordinate seamless service delivery across a variety of event formats - from corporate functions to special occasions - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
