The Opportunity

This is a critical role within our Service and Breakdown Team. You will be responsible for providing mechanical services directly on customer trailers, ensuring every task is completed with a focus on safety, efficiency, and our high standards of quality. You will be provided with a fully equipped service van to handle a variety of tasks and emergency repair calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition heavy trailer equipment, including mechanical and general appearance tasks.
• Perform services efficiently and effectively in the field.
• Actively participate in our breakdown roster to provide timely emergency repairs.
• Complete all associated paperwork accurately and on time, including logging materials used.
• Collaborate with the workshop team and service advisors to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.

• A valid Trade Qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Trailer Mechanics is essential.
• Demonstrated experience as a Trailer Technician.
