About The Role

Your role will focus on providing personalised support that enhances daily living, offers emotional guidance, and promotes community engagement. Home & Living: Experience the diversity of shared living environments with shifts across a 24/7 roster. From mornings to active nights and weekends, each day brings new experiences and challenges.

Community Services: Engage directly with customers in their homes, community settings, or at one of our Aruma hubs. Enjoy a variety of shifts throughout the week, where you’ll support individuals and groups in achieving their goals and enhancing their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young people
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development
  • Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
  • Support community participation and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
  • Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
  • Create safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs
