Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in strategic enterprise accounts.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer priorities and technology roadmap.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Align solution engineers, customer success, professional services and partners around one account strategy.
