• 5–10 years full-cycle complex software sales experience.
• Track record of overachievement in quota-carrying software sales roles.
• Ability to lead strategic conversations with CIOs, CDOs & CFOs on AI readiness and data integration.
• Familiarity with the integration, API or data management space (MuleSoft, Informatica, SAP or similar).
• New business mentality – excited to build greenfield territory from scratch.
• Highly collaborative team player with a company-first mindset.
• Business fluent in German and English; local Austrian market knowledge a strong plus.
