Zusammenfassung

Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote assistance to end users across assigned locations in Austria. You will handle PC, VDI Host and mobile device support, print/scan device troubleshooting, and break-fix incidents while aiding asset management and new technology deployments.

Responsibilities include assisting VIP users, supporting meeting-room technology, and documenting activities.

Qualifikationen

Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration.
Troubleshooting MS Office, O365, and IE issues.
Hardware troubleshooting for PC and peripherals.
Experience with Windows imaging via Autopilot/Intune.
VPN troubleshooting knowledge.
MDM support for devices.
Experience with Office upgrades and deployments.
Basic networking and server admin knowledge.
Fluent English; German conversational skills.

Aufgaben

Provide onsite and remote support to end users in assigned locations.
Deliver PC, VDI Host and Mobile Device Support per service requirements.
Troubleshoot printing/scanning devices and handle break-fix incidents.
Perform IMAC tasks for PCs and peripherals and assist in asset management.
Assist in new technology deployments and user training.
Support VIP users and meeting-room technology.
