Zusammenfassung

SKIDATA is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver first- and second-line support for applications and endpoints. You will handle tickets through ServiceNow, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires strong German and English communication, 3+ years in IT support, and hands-on experience with AD/Entra ID and Intune for device management. A hybrid work model in Grödig, Austria is offered.

Qualifikationen

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) in IT or comparable experience.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Aufgaben

Ticket management: receive, manage, and resolve IT tickets via ServiceNow within SLAs.
Provide first-line IT support for applications, endpoints, and network issues.
