Zusammenfassung

SIMStation in Vienna seeks a Support Specialist to ensure our medical training simulation systems run reliably worldwide. You will serve as a technical contact, set up and support systems remotely and on-site, and take ownership of challenging issues.

You will handle 2nd level support with a focus on German and English communication, manage tickets, and help document problems clearly while contributing ideas to improve products and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Education in IT field (HTL or higher).
• Strong knowledge of network administration (DNS/DHCP).
• At least 3 years of IT experience; AV systems experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11; Windows Server experience ideal.
• Service- and customer-oriented with good overview in complex situations.
• Excellent German and English communication; teamwork mindset.

Aufgaben

• Solve technical challenges remotely and on-site across global customers.
• Provide 2nd level support - competent, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• Manage tickets, maintain oversight, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Set up and test our systems at the Vienna office; occasional on-site support internationally.
• Document technical issues clearly and comprehensively.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve products and processes.
