Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT support specialist to provide onsite and remote end-user assistance across multiple sites. You will handle PC, VDI host, and mobile device support, troubleshoot printing issues, and assist with new technology deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, VPN, and imaging deployments (Autopilot/Intune). German language skills are a plus and travel to sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting for MS Office, O365, and browser issues.
• Knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware troubleshooting including print/scan devices.
• Experience with Windows Imaging deployment (Autopilot, Intune).
• Familiarity with VPN configuration and remote access tools.
• Mobile Device Management support exposure.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support across locations.
• Deliver PC, VDI Host, and Mobile Device support per service requirements.
• Troubleshoot printing and scanning device issues; manage break-fix activities.
• Perform IMAC tasks for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist with software installations when remote deployment fails.
• Support VIP users and meeting-room technologies.
• Maintain IT asset records and manage loaned equipment.
• Document tickets and ensure timely closure with status updates.
• Share IT best practices and troubleshooting tips.
