SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a dedicated 2nd-level support specialist to ensure fast and efficient assistance for global teams. You will tackle technical inquiries, analyze complex issues, and work with our service network to keep operations smooth.

The role includes training service technicians, preparing documentation, and occasional international travel. Fluency in German and English, plus a technical background, are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Completed technical or scientific education such as HTL/technical college.
Customer- and service-oriented mindset, preferably with service experience.
Hands-on skills and a solid technical understanding.
Good command of industrial automation concepts and system interactions.
Strong organization and communication abilities.
Team spirit and collaborative approach.
Responsible, assertive and reliable in demanding environments.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%).

Responsibilities

Handle technical and application inquiries via email, CRM, and chat.
Analyze issues and help develop suitable solutions.
Collaborate with our global sales and service network.
Review internal quality reports and drive corrective actions.
Plan and conduct training sessions for service technicians.
Prepare and review service documentation.
Occasionally travel internationally to support sales and service teams and customers.
