Zusammenfassung

Frequentis in Vienna is seeking a 3rd Level Expert to manage the lifecycle, support and documentation of Group IT Services across global deployments.

You will analyze complex issues, provide escalations support, and contribute to sustainable improvements while coordinating internal developers and external consultants. Fluent German and English are required for international collaboration.

Qualifikationen

Experience in administration, project work and technical analysis of enterprise IT services.
Excellent skills in analysing technical issues with experience in third-level support.
Experience collaborating with development teams in distributed setups (e.g. Cluj).
Experience liaising with external consultants and coordinating task packages.
Strong understanding of processes and a structured approach to work.
Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

Manage the lifecycle of selected Group IT services from development to stable operation.
Provide third-level support, analyse issues and coordinate resolutions.
Contribute technical expertise to group IT projects and design improvements.
Coordinate external consultants for bug fixing and service optimization.
Document services, processes and solutions for global IT services.
Conduct workshops and training, support global user groups, drive improvements.
