Formación

Responsabilidades

• Competently handle technical and application-related inquiries via email, CRM and chat.
• Collaborate closely with our global sales and service network.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on training sessions and workshops for service technicians.
• Create and review service documentation with care and precision.
• Perform repairs at our facility and occasionally on-site with customers.
