Zusammenfassung

Anton Paar is seeking a technically skilled professional for 2nd-level support to ensure fast, precise assistance across our global teams. You will handle inquiries via email, CRM, and chat, analyze issues, and collaborate with sales and service networks to drive corrective actions and documented service quality.

The role includes planning and delivering training for service technicians, preparing service docs, and occasional international travel. Excellent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or scientific education (e.g. HTL).
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset, ideally with experience in customer service.
• Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation technology and the interaction of technical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team spirit and cooperative, constructive approach to work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%).

Aufgaben

• Handling technical and application-related inquiries via email, CRM system, and chat
• Analyzing technical issues and providing support in developing suitable solutions
• Close collaboration with our global sales and service network
• Handling internal quality reports as a quality reviewer – from technical assessment to initiating the necessary corrective actions
• Planning, conducting, and following up on training sessions and workshops for service technicians
• Careful preparation and review of service documentation
• Occasional international travel to provide technical support to our sales and service organizations as well as our customers
