Teceze in Vienna is recruiting an experienced enterprise Deskside/Field Support specialist. The role requires fluent German (mandatory) and the ability to independently communicate, troubleshoot, and explain issues to German-speaking users.

You will provide strong 2nd line support, take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests, and maintain documentation and asset records. Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, laptops/desktops, printers and mobile devices is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (Mandatory) with the ability to independently communicate, troubleshoot, and explain technical issues to German-speaking users.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills for coordination with global teams.
• Minimum 3+ years of enterprise Deskside/Field Support experience.
• Strong 2nd Line Support capability (not Service Desk/L1 support).
• Expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic network/connectivity issues and provide Smart Hands support.
• Strong customer-facing and end-user support skills.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests through resolution.
• Experience in maintaining Knowledge Base articles, documentation, and asset records.
• Proactive approach to identifying recurring issues, performing root cause analysis, and improving user experience.
