Job summary

Wienerberger AG in Vienna seeks an IT Solution Expert (f/m/d) to manage IT incidents, provide end-user support, and maintain the devices environment. You will administer assets, support projects, and contribute to a secure, reliable IT infrastructure company-wide.

Qualifications

• Completed IT education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive).
• Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects.
• Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Very good German and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes.
• Provide end-user support and maintain the accounts and devices environment.
• Administer IT assets, inventory records, and endpoint management solutions (Intune/MDM).
• Support IT projects, system deployments, and company-wide meetings.
• Deliver onboarding training and IT support through the IT Service Point and the IT hotline.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable IT operations.
