• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCDST, ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency: local language and English.
• Legal work eligibility in Austria with on-site availability in Puch Bei Hallein.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
