Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a results-driven German-speaking sales professional to drive growth across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will identify opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into customers, using consultative selling to highlight cloud solutions and business value.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base, build relationships and achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT, technology, or Cloud services.
• Fluent in German with good command of English.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and acquiring new customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and customer engagement.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate their business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information using Salesforce.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training and professional development.
