Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for hardware, network, and data centre equipment.

• Service Desk (German Calls Handling): Handle and log user issues or service requests in German via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution and maintenance activities.
• Device Provisioning & Onboarding: Support hardware setup, device imaging, and assist in onboarding new users and resources.
• AV Room & Equipment Management: Provide first-level troubleshooting for AV meeting rooms and coordinate with relevant teams for equipment support.
• Printer Management: Address printer issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with printer service vendors as needed.
• OT Equipment Coordination: Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting activities for operational technology equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Services / Hands & Feet Support:
