42BIT GmbH in Upper Austria is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to own complex incidents, drive projects, and mentor the support team. You will be the primary contact for technical topics and help shape our IT landscape with a hybrid model in Linz or Wels.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of IT support, cloud and virtualization experience, MDM, and strong German and English skills. We offer a competitive base salary from €3,500 gross per month, potential overpayment up to €5,000,

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education (HTL, FH, University) or comparable professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Support.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization and networks.
• Experience in MDM systems (Mobile Device Management).
• Experience in project management and customer support.
• Very good German and English skills; leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Agile mindset and team spirit.
