Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage a portfolio of higher-education marketing accounts from a remote location. You will drive technical audits, write actionable specs for developers, and guide AI-enabled workflows that streamline audits, QA, and content production.

You will also own readiness for AI search strategies (AEO/GEO), ensure proper schema, and align with client goals while mentoring the SEO team and collaborating with the Executive Director of SEO.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally at an agency or across multiple sites at once.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and effort, defend those calls.
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, then follow through until fixes are released and verified.
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, plugin-level redirects, and schema via Yoast or Rank Math.
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch drops, errors, and indexing problems before clients do.
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO): crawler access, structured data, entity optimization, and content structure suitable for LLM-driven search.
• Build systems that scale the SEO service and Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, prioritization, reporting, and QA.
• Create content production systems translating briefs and targets into near-publish-ready drafts.
• Document systems and train the team, measuring time saved or results improved.
