Qualifications

5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
Track record of uncovering high-impact issues and fixing them
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely
Advanced, hands-on Claude experience building agents and AI-assisted workflows
Clear written communication for specs and client-friendly recommendations
Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts at once

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO across client accounts
Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links
Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, then follow through until fixes are released and verified
Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema
Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch drops, errors, and indexing problems
Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) and entity optimization
Design and build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, prioritization, reporting, and QA
Build content production systems converting briefs into near-publish-ready drafts
Translate team standards into reusable systems
Connect Search Console, GA4, crawl exports, and Ahrefs/Semrush into actionable workflows
Document systems and train the team to measure time saved and results
