Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving a US-based higher education marketing agency. You’ll drive technical SEO across client accounts, run audits, and write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams.

You will also design Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, enabling the team to focus on strategy and impact. Strong collaboration with the SEO Lead will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Experience across multiple sites or agencies.
• Strong written communication for developer specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and audits.
• Write developer-ready specs and verify fixes.
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 for issues.
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows.
